  • Appointments are secured by adding form of payment on file

  • Please arrive 5 min before your scheduled appointment

  • NO-SHOW, LATE & CANCELLATION POLICY.

    We understand anything can come up at any time we will try our best to accommodate you in the best way possible.

  • Please be sure to cancel your appointment with in 24hr prior to avoid being charge full price of the selected service .

  • No -shows will result in full charge of selected service if this occurs consecutively we will not be able to service you in future.

  • Please inform us asap if you are running late. If you are 15 minutes behind we will have to reschedule your appointment & apply a reschedule fee of 30% of the service cost. If you are not able to reschedule with in 30 days you will be charged full price for service.

    How to prepared for your appointment

    Your hair must be detangled and ready for shampoo and conditioned service.

    First time extension quest must book a consultation in person or virtual.

    Clients must be 10 years & up
